An exceptional Japanese Shodana cabinet, masterfully crafted from dark hardwood and distinguished by its richly tiered composition of shelves, drawers, and display panels. Each surface is adorned with finely inlaid mother-of-pearl, depicting traditional scenes of Japanese life, figures in classical dress, birds in flight, and tranquil landscapes, all shimmering in delicate contrast against the deep, lustrous grain.
