Circa 1790. Inlaid George III mahogany bureau in perfect original condition. The bureau top and flap in finely figured Spanish mahogany with boxwood line inlay and satinwood ebony and boxwood banding flanked by a shaped escutcheon opening to a very detailed interior with pigeon holes, drawers and cupboard and polished writing surface above two short and three long cock-beaded, cross banded and inlaid drawers with brass fret handles. All over a moulded base with shaped bracket feet. Lovely color and patina.
