Overall in fair-good condition with some wear consistent with age and use. Full leather binding with gilt tooling and raised bands to the spine. The boards have some scuffing and wear and there is a tear to the leather at the bottom of the spine. Marbled endpapers, the front one of which is partially loose. There is a previous owner's name on one of the front endpapers. The pages are tanned with age and have some marking and wear. The second rear endpaper is partially stuck to the marbled rear endpaper. The binding is cracked in places, exposing the sewing.
