This is a good Kashmir silk rug from North West India which dates from the early 20th century. It has a compartmentalised field in soft and subtle colours of multiple Mihrabs enclosed by cartouche borders. This 100 percent silk rug is in excellent condition throughout and is a good size, measuring 150cms by 95cms.
