A french gilt brass bouillotte candle lamp, circa. early 20th century. Currently with three wick candles but drilled holes are present for electric (please see photographs).

The three neoclassically decorated branches rise above a concave dish with an athemion ornament. The square shaft and further athemion ornament rise to a fully adjustable parcel-gilt and green toleware shade decorated with palmettes.

There is a small area of discolouration to the stem (please see photographs) and some discolouration to the interior of the toleware shade commensurate with age. Generally the lamp is in a very good condition throughout.
