Good example of the classic Edwardian bentwood hat and coat stand by Thonet, the celebrated pioneers of modern antique furniture manufacture, c.1910. Revolving crown of eight large double hooks for hats and coats, with a turned finial at the top. On a shaped column and a wide four leg base with a hoop stretcher for sticks and umbrellas. Stamp on the underside. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
Dimensions: width 24″, depth 24″, height 79″.
