Beautiful Victorian Gilt Mounted Shell Cameo Brooch with Presentation Case. The fabulous subject cameo is hand carved from Victorian bullmouth shell. Measures 5cm x 4cm.

Overall in very good condition with no damage to the cameo shell just age related general wear. Still crisp and well defined.
