An elegant antique Edwardian piano stool in mahogany. The front and back carved with floral motifs and the cabriole legs and pelmet carved with acanthus leaves. It has a lift up lid revealing storage and the seat has been newly re-upholstered in a brocade fabric. Dating from circa 1905. Stamped underneath "WBlD".

Mahogany
Condition Report:
Solid and sturdy. Good patina and figuring to the mahogany. There are marks where the hinges have changed at some point – the seat is possibly not original to the base, although a good match. It has been newly reupholstered. An old mended split to the arm (see photos).
