An elegant ebonised, late 19th century window seat. Raised on reeded sabre legs with brass castors and carved patera and with scroll arms with carved foliate detail. In good condition having recently been reupholstered. 590mm high, 1420mm wide, 420mm deep and 420mm seat height. English. Circa 1890 W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
