A fine quality inlaid boulle mantel antique clock. A well proportioned brass and red tortoishell boulle case. Inlaid front and sides to the case. Gilt case mounts in the rococo style. An enamel dial with raised Roman numerals and blued steels hands. A brass dial surround and convex bevelled glass. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell signed Marti of Paris. A Retailers name to the dial 'Sam Lyon, Blackpool'. Circa 1895.
