20 Drawer Oak Haberdashery Counter Display Cabinet
CODE 0154
Details This is a super Oak and Brass frame 20 drawer haberdashery cabinet. The cabinet was manufactured by Pollards of London and dates from the 1930s. Showing the quality of the cabinet is the drawers which are oak fronts as well as sides, each drawer has metal oxidised handles. The cabinet stands on reeded block legs with a solid black base. A super cabinet vey sturdy that will provide years of use still both in a commercial or domestic setting.
Condition The cabinet is in super condition with only minor bumps and bruises all to be expected of such a piece of antique furniture of this age. There are some slight marks on the brass frame and scratches to the top glass through usage again all as you would expect to see, we have not replaced the glass top as we deemed it not to be sufficiently scratch to warrant this. Two of the drawers do have a small bit missing at the bottom left hand corners. And the bottom plinth at the back show’s signs of usage and previous ownership as its probably been where it has been caught with many, many feet over the years.
