Numerous Names to the Alphabetical Index at the Front of Book, Almost 300 Pages of Written Medical Reports With the Male Patients at the Front of Book & All Pages From 1 Through to 130 Filled in With Names, Dates & Some Occupations to Each Case, Pages Numbered Between 131-224 Are Blank, Pages 225 - 393 Are Filled in With the Medical Reports for the Female Patients With Names, Some Occupations & Dates, Several Cases Have Been Written Over in Red Pen Usually to Record a Death, Transfer or Release [ Nearly All of the 300 Written Pages Have Two Cases on Each Page]
