Impressive and super quality William IV mahogany buffet, having three tiers graduating in depth from back to front, the smallest at the top and largest at the bottom, united by elegant tapering slab end supports with short cabriole legs. The top tier also has a beautifully carved gallery with rounded corners. Bears maker’s/retailer’s label to underside, ‘W. Mansell, Fulham Rd, London’.

Condition and Details of Restoration
This buffet is in original untouched condition and is structurally sound. The polish has been revived, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. There are some minor old marks underneath the polish as might be expected on examples of this age, as can be seen from the photographs.
