Walnut Shield Back Chair Circa 1790.
A beautiful walnut shield back chair circa 1790 with fine decorative carving. A top quality example and more unusual in that it is in walnut. A good solid chair supported by H-stretcher. The seat is in excellent condition having been re-covered. This chair would look great in any room of the house.
Height - 36" Height to seat - 18" Width - 21" Depth - 18" All items are checked by our restoration team and any work is sympathetically carried out. Therefore condition is excellent, commensurate with age and items are ready to go straight into the home for immediate use. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions or request additional pictures.
