A truly stunning late 19th century walnut pedestal partners desk

Dating to around the 1890 this is the most solidly built desk I have bought in over 30 years of dealing in Antiques

The desk splits into 3 pieces for ease of transportation / delivery

Having its original black leather insert and brass handles , 9 drawers to the front side and 3 drawers to the rear the 6 others on the rear are dummy drawers , an extra parquetry topped slide on the right side

This desk is shown in top showroom condition having been through our workshops and been cleaned / polished yet it still retains a mellow antique patina
