Walnut Louis Philippe period commode
A fine looking substantial sized figured walnut book matched veneered chest commode circa 1830 standing on shaped bracket feet with three full length drawers and one in the shaped frieze with a well figured Belgium grey fossil marble top with beautiful warm honey coloured shades and a rich patina we have fitted a set of antique brass ring pull handles which go with it really well it retains its original locks and inlaid brass escutcheons the keys are really for show as not working properly the draws all run well and it’s ready for use
