A beautiful unused Stratton " Convertible " powder compact in super condition.
Stratton were rightly famed for the quality of their powder compacts & this
vintage compact is no exception. It is beautiful. The mirror is perfect gives an excellent reflection & the bezel is signed "Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND". All clasps & hinges work perfectly. This compact comes with the original silk puff, sifter & inspection docket all of which are pristine with no signs of use. The base is decorated with vertical lines & tiny chevrons.
This vintage compact mirror measures 3 1/8" & weighs 91.6 grams.
