An adorably pretty unused Japanese mid-century powder compact in super condition. The original puff, sifter, spacer rings and felt pouch are present. The lid is embellished with gold and silver plate. All clasps and hinges work perfectly. The lid lifts to reveal an excellent mirror which gives a good and accurate reflection.

This compact is suitable for all loose foundation and solid face powder pans measuring up to 69 mm diameter.

The base is a flat surface decorated with a very subtle engraved spiral. This surface would be ideal for engraving. Measures 7.7 cm diameter. Weighs 86.4 grams.
