Victorian Wind Out Extending Walnut Dining Table
Antique large Victorian wind out extending walnut or possibly mahogany (sometimes it is hard to tell) dining table.
This is a lovely table, that is full of age, charm and character.
The table has three extension leaves and a winding handle.
Quality 2 stage winding mechanism.
No significant woodworm.
The table is heavy, solid and has no loose joints. The table stands on large and impressive legs with period brass and ceramic castors (some wear as you would expect).
Would look amazing in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 299cmL (inc. 64cm, 58cm and 36cm leaves) x 138cmW x 74cmH (58.5cmH knee hole).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. There is a little distortion (within the realms of normal and adds to the character/charm) in the top, but not enough to be greatly noticeable and the table opens / closes as it should.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 3 strong able bodied persons for our driver to assist with carrying.
