Victorian Walnut Wellington Chest
A handsome, fine quality, and generously proportioned mid Victorian walnut Wellington chest of seven graduated drawers. The drawers are flanked by flat pilasters with carved trusses to the top, the right hand pilaster hingeing to act as a locking bar.

Condition and Details of Restoration
This chest is in original untouched structural condition, apart from the lock which is a replacement. The polish has been re-finished, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. There are some minor old marks underneath the polish as might be expected on an example of this age, as can be seen from the photographs.
