This is a top quality dressing stool. It is made in solid walnut and dates to around 1900 - 1930. The stool has a very ornate X frame in the Queen Anne manner with turned stretchers. The upholstry is buttoned and padded and is covered in a rich floral material.

This is a top quality period stool. It could be used in a bedroom with a dressing table but is far too good a quality piece to be hidden away and will look opulent in a well furnished principal room.

The period stool is in good condition. Covering is clean. You wouldn't want to replace it. Joints solid. No sign or worm or damage. This is a very good piece.
The stool is 17 inches high and 19 inches wide and 16 inches deep.
