A Victorian, rosewood serpentine fronted davenport. The sloped and sliding top having a shallow three-quarter gallery, and an inset tooled leather writing surface. (Hazel in colour). The piece features four graduated drawers to one side, and stands on a plinth base with original casters. Circa 1840
