Stunning carved settle / hall seat / monks bench made from solid oak from the fabulous Victorian era. The quality of the carving is excellent with the front, arms and back rest all profusely decorated. The seat is also beautifully carved and lifts to provides storage for boots, shoes, bags etc. This is a very practical useful piece of antique furniture with amazing colouring and beautiful graining.
