Circa 1860, an unusual Victorian oak convex set of open bookshelves. The bookshelves have a carved gadrooned edge to the top with a carved acanthus at the front corners, a panelled frieze and side pillars with a thumb moulded bead and 2 adjustable shelves. The bookshelves stand on a break back plinth which has been shaped at the back edge to sit against the skirting board.
