Victorian Oak 4 Door Breakfront Bookcase

Circa 1870, late Victorian oak 4 door breakfront bookcase. The top has a dentil detailed cornice with stylish moulding, and 4 small corbels beneath. Behind the glazed doors in the top section are 3 polished, adjustable shelves, with solid oak facings. The fore-edge of the doors has a simple pilaster, and the base has 4 panelled doors, each with a single shelf inside. The corbels and pilasters design continues to the base, and it all stands on an enclosed plinth.
