Victorian Nursing Chair
A superb Victorian walnut upholstered nursing/bedroom chair with a scrolled cresting to the top. This quality chair is nicely upholstered with a buttoned back and piping throughout the cushioning. The main frame of the chair is made of polished walnut with carved scroll-work to the very top and then fluting down the sides. The two front legs have been beautifully turned. Seat Height 35cm. circa 1880
