A superb quality mid-Victorian period burr walnut Credenza. Of excellent construction in solid walnut and attractive burr walnut veneers onto a mahogany carcas. Decorated throughout with profuse floral marquetry inlay and splendid crisp ormolu mounts. There is a central cupboard door flanked by a pair of bow-fronted glazed end doors. All doors open to access shelved and lined interiors. All doors are lockable with the keys being supplied. A particularly fine example of a credenza offered for sale in excellent original condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
