Victorian Mahogany Wind Out Extending Dining Table
Antique quality late Victorian C1900 mahogany wind out extending 'D end' dining table ~8' x 4'.
Solid and strong, with no loose joints and the mechanism works well. Attractive substantial legs with large period brass and ceramic castors.
Recently sympathetically restored to a good standard and has a lovely mid-mahogany colour. Period winding handle. Heavy two-stage winding mechanism.
Would look great in the right location! No woodworm.
Overall maximum dimensions: 241.5cmL (including 40.5, 40.5 and 39cm removable leaves) x 121.5cmW x 72.5cmH (59cmH knee hole). 121.5cm diameter circular table when fully closed.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture.
