A magnificent piece of classic Victorian mahogany antique furniture this beautiful solid mahogany decorative wash stand features a single drawer to top. This is supported by large panelled side legs with turned stretchers. There is a small circular plate to base which we presume is for holding a jug and bowl, but this Victorian mahogany wash stand would also make an ideal hall table. It is in lovely condition for its age, however, as you can see from one of the photos, there is a small piece of fret work to the top of the wash stand missing, and one small spike missing from the bottom spindle which is also clearly visible. Due to its age, there is very little damage to this Victorian mahogany wash stand, and it is in excellent condition.
