Victorian Mahogany Leather Desk Writing Table
Antique quality Victorian mahogany and leather desk or writing table.
This is a lovely quality piece, that is full of age, charm and character.
Solid with no loose joints and no significant woodworm.
The oak lined drawers slide freely (some internal staining as one would expect).
An attractive quality piece.
The leather top is later, with some nice age and patina.
Would look great in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 122cmW x 58cmD (excluding knobs) x 74cmH x 59cmH knee hole.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Period castors, with some wear as is to be expected. Part of the skirt at the base of one drawer handle is missing.
