Description:
This is a fine quality and original antique English Victorian solid mahogany circular stick & umbrella stand, circa 1860, in excellent original condition. The stand comprises a ring top design supported on four elegant ring turned columns flaring to the circular base, resting on the four original bun feet. The stand has been traditionally French polished by hand to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore the patination and colour of an excellent standard. The item is solid in joint and ready to use.
This stick stand would look superb in the hallway or an office or even for use in a snooker room as a snooker / pool que stand. This item features a rich red & brown mahogany colour. It has a fantastic colour and patination having been cleaned and French polished, along with the years of care and cleaning it has received.
Condition Report:
This corner stand is in excellent original condition. The stand has been traditionally French polished by hand to a professional standard in our workshop. Lovely rich colour and patination to the timber. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges, but nothing significant considering the age of the item. There is no damage to the finials, support columns or feet. This item is solid in joint and ready to use.

We offer free delivery to mainland England, Wales, and Southern Scotland (anywhere south of Stirling). We do not offer free delivery to locations north of Stirling in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or any British Islands off the mainland for example, the Isle of Man, Isle of White and Channel Islands. Delivery times are usually 1-4 weeks depending on location we aim to deliver the majority of items within 2 weeks. All items are professionally packaged and fully insured in transit, therefore, we can assure you, your items will be securely protected in transit and arrive safely with you.
Once you have purchased an item, we will contact you be email and/or telephone and provide you with a provisional delivery date, in order for you to confirm if it is suitable for you. A free 14-day “no quibble” returns policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item.
