An attractive Victorian mahogany bookcase.The simple elegant design with rounded corners and ogee moulded and cross banded cornice. The top section has 2 arched and glazed doors with brass lock and keys. The interior with 4 shelves of which 3 are adjustable. The base section has a polished top with 2 frieze drawers and 2 matching panelled doors, again with brass lock and keys and interior shelf. The whole standing on a cross banded off set plinth. In good original condition with 1 or 2 signs of use. Fully cleaned and waxed. Max.Width (at cornice)...43.5''...110.5cm. Max.Height...89.75''...228cm. Top Height...50.25''...127.5cm.
