Victorian Flame Mahogany Sideboard Chiffonier
Antique quality large Victorian flame mahogany sideboard, chiffonier or dresser.
This is a lovely piece....almost understated style that exudes quality, charm and grace. Quality matched flame mahogany veneers.
Solid, heavy with no loose joints. The ash lined drawers and doors all work as they should. Two concealed pull out linen slides to the left hand pedestal and an ash lined cellarette to the right.
Splits into 4 parts for transport.
No woodworm.
Overall maximum dimensions 214cmW x 68cmD x 84cmH (+40cmH back).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. No keys and the locks are untested. Key escutcheon missing from the RH pedestal and there are a few veneer chips, mainly on the base plynth as one would expect.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person(s) for our driver to assist with carrying.
