Antique large late Victorian or Edwardian walnut sofa or settee.

Large and attractive.

Great proportions and styling, which would look amazing in the right location.

Mixed wood construction involving walnut, beech, softwood and veneer.

Very decorative and a little bit different.

The upholstery is old, has some wear and marks, although it is usable....some would want to redo. We have not inspected concealed components, although there is a sprung seat (quite soft) without any major lumps and bumps. There is a small bit of braiding missing around the right hand arm. Overall maximum dimensions

168cmW x 83mmD x 106cmH (37cmH seat when sat on).

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. Historical repairs, as is the norm, but all is solid now. There are historic woodworm holes, that we believe are extinct and have treated for good measure
