Victorian Corner Whatnot
Circa 1870. A mid Victorian burr walnut and inlaid corner whatnot. The top tier with foliate inlay, and a large finial to the back with two smaller finials to the front, the fore-edge with Tunbridge style inlay, with a shaped and inlaid frieze beneath. Each of the tiers is supported on turned ring turned uprights, with a spiral section in the center and two small finials on the front. Beneath the lower and largest tier the whatnot rests on four bulbous feet.
