Antique quality Victorian C1900 chesterfield sofa settee.
Rare and attractive....better than most.
Very heavy and strong, with no loose joints. Good sprung seat, with no nasty lumps or bumps.
Great proportions and styling, which would look amazing in the right location.
The upholstery is not new, but has no significant wear or major marks. It is a natural, light oatmeal/mushroom colour. All of the springs and wadding are in a good shape.
Overall maximum dimensions:
215cmW x 92cmD x 80cmH (36cmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture. May have been fitted with castors at some point, but these have been removed with only the metal sockets under the legs remaining.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
