An excellent Victorian chest of drawers in burr walnut. Very well constructed in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers to the top, drawer fronts and plinth with the sides in figured walnut. With rounded burr walnut corners and standing on flattened bun feet and of generous proportions. The drawer fronts all surrounded with cock beeding and fitted with their original bun handles. There is an arrangement of 2 short over 3 long graduated drawers, the bottom drawer is extra deep incorporating the freeze. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition with a great colour and patina.
