Unusually tall Chinese padauk and marble top jardiniere or urn stand c.1910. Taller than most we see of this style, standing 47″ tall. 10″ square red marble top within an broad border with a moulded edge. On a base carved with floral detail across the apron and upper portion of the legs and a pierced frieze to each side. Long slim legs with carved feet and joined with stretchers to each side. Missing the lower portion of the fretwork at the rear, otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
