A stunning vintage Stratton powder compact which has not been used. All the original accessories are present. The lid is embellished with exceptionally beautiful guilloche engraving. It is hard to find this model in this condition with all the original accessories.

The Muffin only has three known years of availability - 1948, 1952 and 1953.

The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection. The inner lid is signed Stratton. The gilded brass was lacquered during the manufacturing process and so it will not require any cleaning nor will it tarnish. The pristine rosette, pouch, puff and sifter are present. Measures 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) diameter and weighs 135.4 grams.
