A really pretty Stratton makeup compact made in the 1960s. The lid is decorated with crimson roses. There isn't any loss of design. This unused compact is in very good condition and it is so well made that it will never tarnish or need to be cleaned. The original felt pouch and signed luxury puff are included. All clasps & hinges work perfectly. The mirror gives an excellent clear reflection. The base is decorated with the all over star design and signed 'Stratton Made in England.' This compact is suitable for use with compressed (solid) face powder like Rimmel Stay Matte or Max Factor Creme Puff. Measures 3" & weighs 70.7 grams.
