A delightfully pretty Stratton powder compact which is ideal for handbags and purses.

The lid is embellished with a gilt granular background and contrasting floral motifs which gleam in the light.

The original box, pouch, washable sifter, inspection docket and powder puff are included.

The makers lacquered the brass and so it will not tarnish or need to be cleaned.

The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection.

The catch and hinge work perfectly.

The base of the compact is signed Stratton ENGLAND.

Measures 7.5 cm diameter. Weighs 72.2 grams.

This Stratton Mini-Convertible compact is suitable for use as a handbag mirror with all loose foundation and pressed foundation powder pans measuring 59 - 67 mm diameter.
