A Gwenda milk glass powder jar in excellent condition. The lid shows a delightful scene - an ancient British ship full sail on choppy green sea. The foil is in excellent condition as it is protected with a clear cover. This is such a delightful vintage vanity. An ideal present or addition to any vintage vanity/ powder box/foil collection. The powder bowl is gorgeous milk glass in excellent condition. The base of the milk glass powder bowl is marked " 29 A UCB ". The underside of the lid is signed 'Gwenda MADE IN ENGLAND.'

An ideal & unusual tin wedding gift as in Britain foil was made from tin around this time.

This foil and milk glass powder bowl measures 8 cm wide & 1 1/8 " tall & weighs 135.5 grams.
