A Superb George I period oak box settle.c.1720. Panelled and carved high back. Scroll arm supports with scratch carvings. Stop moulded fielded panel front. Lift up seat with storage below. Superb rich colour and patina. Very solid and heavy. Measures 52" x 23"deep x 50"high.
