Stunning William the 4th mahogany sofa table
This is a charming example of a William the 4th sofa table, it has a beautiful figured Mahogany top with unbelievable patina , two drawers one side and dummy drawers on the other allowing the table to be freestanding ,the drop sides are supported by an unusual scroll bracket , a gun barrel column on a platform base with carved lions paw feet concealing four original casters. The table has a very substantial feel but yet at the same time quite elegant in design.
