Stunning set of Eight oak dining chairs
Stunning set of eight Arts & Crafts oak dining chairs made by J.A.S Shoolbred in the style of Voysey with a superb pierced heart of back and possibly retailed by Liberty.
Offered in a good and firm condition with green leather studded seats. These have been in the same family for many years and have been well looked after but were a little thirsty for wax. We have cleaned and waxed them but further polishing will enhance the oak further.
Minor nibbles as to be expected. J.A.S Shoolbred label to underside of one of the chairs.
The two carvers measure 110cms in height, Width 60cms at front of arms. The height of the arms is 73cma, The seat height is 46cms and the width at the front of the seats is 58cms with a depth of 50cms.
The six diners are 101cms in height, The seat height is 45cms. The width at the front of the seat if 46cms. The depth is 43cms PLEASE NOTE, RED HOUSE ANTIQUES HAS NOW RETIRED.
