A simple, elegant, 8 day striking fusee dial antique clock signed Tanner & son of Lewes. Fine quality, 8 day, twin line fusee movement with anchor escapement, shaped plates and striking the hours on a bell. The 12” painted dial has roman numerals with blued steel moon hands. Quality, nicely proportioned mahogany case with the usual (for a striker) two side doors, arched back box, key locked bottom door and key locked cast brass bezel.
