A stylish sterling silver handbag mirror with the initials B M engraved on the cartouche. This solid silver handbag mirror was assayed at Birmingham in 1946. We have other sterling silver compacts with the initials M B on the lid. The lid and base have complex engine turned designs. The mirror gives an excellent reflection.
