Slightly higher than usual late Victorian pine chest of drawers (2 over 2) on original turned feet. This piece has been repaired and re-finished by us. Free from worm or damage, dovetailed jointed drawers all of which are clean inside with old light marks only. The drawers all run smoothly and the runners and stays (which keep the drawers in the correct alignment) are all present and in good order. This example retains its original panelled back, locks and escutcheons. Edwardian plate handles. Rustic yet clean look and feel with plenty of character.
