A small, very original late 18th Century solid oak longcase clock of simple form. It has a flat top hood with side pillars and long door and base crossbanded in mahogany. The Engraved silvered dial has a subsidiary dial and a date window, with pierced steel hands. The dial is signed by the maker Skinner of Exeter. (The Skinner brothers are listed as working 1777-1803) It has an 8 day movement that sounds the hours on a bell.

Current Condition
The case has been re-polished, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months. If you would like a video clip of this antique clock striking please email us.
