A Charming Small French Faux Bamboo Writing Table with tan leather top (old but not original) and writing drawer, made in pine with turnings to simulate bamboo, circa 1850. This kind of oriental-inspired antique furniture was very fashionable in France at this time, coinciding with their ambitions in Indo-China.
